The fourth business building of the business park has been completed
The Mäeküla 7 business building has just been completed and several successful businesses are already busy on the site. In the rapidly growing Tähetorni Tehnopark, the last two rental properties are available for immediate move-in! The next modern stock-office spaces with low ancillary costs will not be ready until the end of next year at the earliest, so it is worthwhile to act quickly if suitable. To date, approx. 22,000 m2 of brand new commercial space has already been completed in Tähetorni Tehnopark, and lease agreements have been signed with 28 companies.
